Course Details & Costs
The course consists of twelve hours contact time with your fully qualified and insured instructor. There are two options of how to take the course; a private course for an individual and their birth companion or as a small group class.
All courses are divided into five, 2.5 hr sessions for you and your birth companion. This allows you to practice techniques between classes and gain confidence in your own body’s ability to birth your baby.
Private Course
Dates can be arranged at a time that suits you and your birthing companion and can be started as early as 12 weeks into your pregnancy. If however you are further into your pregnancy HypnoBirthing® can still be of great benefit to you even starting at 36 weeks or more!
Private course cost £350. Non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your place (Easy payment option available).
Group Courses
Small groups of 4-6 women plus their companions provide a great way to learn HypnoBirthing® and meet other like-minded people. The course is carried out over five classes, each 2.5 hrs in length. For course dates email or phone instructor from 'contact us' page.
Group course costs £275. Non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your place. Balance due at start of first class.
